Alberto Posada joined the Immigration Department in October 2007, as an Associate Attorney for Bedford, Houston, Harlingen and Brownsville offices. He is a graduate from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1998 with a degree in Economics, and received his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas in 2003.
Mr. Posada joined Bailey & Galyen after 4 years of representing clients in Immigration and Criminal court proceedings, both in Dallas and Tarrant Counties. His experience includes solo practice, as well as past employment with a prominent immigration firm. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Posada has guided many deserving individuals through the process of obtaining citizenship, lawful permanent resident status and work permits from United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Mr. Posada will continue to provide his expertise to immigration clients who are charged with criminal offenses, as well as clients who are seeking family- and employment-based immigration benefits.
